Dear Customers,

It has come to our attention that the Escolar fish we may have served under the label “Ono” may have caused confusion for some customers. Although the confusion was unintentional on our part, as of February 1, 2015, we changed the label from “Ono” to “Escolar” to prevent this unintended confusion in the future.

If you wish to receive a refund for an unintentional order of Escolar, we will provide a refund for purchases of “Ono” with proof of purchase. Customers that no longer have proof of purchase can discuss with a manager about whether their purchase qualifies for a refund.

We value our customers and regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Please be assured there will be no change to the quality of our fish or pricing resulting from this change.
